Your first visit with us is an opportunity to understand your dental needs. During your initial appointment, we’ll conduct a consultation to explain your diagnosis and treatment options. In some cases, procedures can be performed the same day. However, for complex medical histories or treatment plans, we may recommend a dental exam and schedule a follow-up visit for additional consultation and treatment.
To ensure a smooth and efficient appointment, please bring the following:
Dental insurance information and a valid form of identification to help us process your claims.
A current list of medications you are taking.
A list of past surgical procedures and any relevant x-rays or images, if applicable.

Patients under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the consultation and all subsequent visits.
If you have a medical condition (e.g., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves or joints, rheumatic fever) or are taking medications (e.g., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulants, bone density treatments), please notify our office before your appointment.
If your referring dentist or physician has taken x-rays, we encourage you to have them forwarded to our office or emailed to us. Alternatively, you can bring them with you. If needed, we can also coordinate with your referring doctor. Please note that additional x-rays may be required and can be taken at our facility for a more comprehensive assessment.
